The Professional View newsletter for April – June 2025 is now available.

• Performance Pay Reminder: Tips and procedures are shared to ensure timely evaluations and fair compensation.
• SPPS Budget Cuts: Saint Paul Public Schools is issuing position cut letters, with layoffs concentrated in district offices. Key information on layoffs, seniority rules, and recall rights is included.

The Spring General Membership Meeting will take place on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at TST Creative Catering / Ideal Hall (1494 Dale St N, Saint Paul).

Schedule:
5:30pm – Check-in and social time
6:00pm – Dinner – Fajita buffet

Cost:
FREE for Members,
$30 for Nonmembers (payable at the door by cash or check)

Menu:
Dinner will be a fajita buffet, including: chicken, beef, vegetarian black beans, fajita veggies, rice, refried beans, tortillas, fixings, dessert bars, and lemonade.

Mark your calendar for the Fall General Membership Meeting: Tuesday, October 14 at Mancini’s.

City Negotiations has been busy ensuring we are maximizing out contract by sending information to and assisting members in getting started with the process for performance pay, which applies to 43% of our members. We recently completed a survey of eligible members, and the feedback received is helping guide us on our next steps, which includes adding more information to our webpage and hosting more support sessions.
